Reporting Guidelines
Following these guidelines helps us resolve your issue faster and avoids the back-and-forth of asking for basic information.
- Use the in-player flag icon (⚑) for broken episodes or stream errors — it automatically attaches the episode URL, server ID, and timestamp.
- Check the FAQ page first — most common streaming, subtitle, and playback issues have documented solutions.
- Do not send duplicate messages. If you have not received a reply within the expected window, one follow-up is appropriate.
- Be specific: vague reports like "it doesn't work" delay investigation. Include what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- For DMCA and legal matters, use the dedicated dmca@example.com address only — messages sent to the general support address may be significantly delayed.
