By accessing or using AnimeX ("the Service," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnimeX. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

AnimeX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Impersonating AnimeX staff, moderators, or other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Posting spam, phishing links, or unsolicited commercial content
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, rate limits, or access controls
• Scraping or harvesting user data or content without authorization
• Using the Service to facilitate any illegal activity

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where warranted.

AnimeX does not claim ownership of any anime content. All anime titles, characters, artwork, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective copyright holders. Content is made available through third-party streaming providers.

User-generated content such as comments and reviews remains the intellectual property of the user who created it. By submitting such content, you grant AnimeX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and moderate that content in connection with operating the Service.

The Service embeds video players and content from third-party streaming providers. AnimeX does not control the availability, quality, or content of these third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, data practices, or terms.

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• All content will be accurate, complete, or up to date
• Streams will be free of errors, buffering, or third-party ads
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AnimeX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, watchlist, and history.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via a site banner or email to registered users.

Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before escalating to formal proceedings.
