Our Position on Copyright
{AnimeX} respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators, studios, and rights holders. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and responding promptly to valid infringement notices.
Copyright holders who believe content accessible through our platform infringes their rights may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. Upon receipt of a valid, complete notice, we will take expeditious action to disable access to the identified material.
Reporting Infringement
To submit a DMCA takedown notice, you must be the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf. Please note:
- Notices must be submitted in writing to our designated DMCA agent (see contact details below).
- Notices must include all required information listed in the next section — incomplete notices will not be actioned.
- Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), submitting a materially false DMCA notice may expose you to civil liability, including damages and attorney's fees.
- We will forward the notice to the third-party provider where the content originates, as applicable.
- We will record all valid notices as part of our repeat infringer tracking policy.
Required Notice Information
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- 01.The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- 02.Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
- 03.Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it — include the full URL(s) of the page(s) where the content appears.
- 04.Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- 05.A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- 06.A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:
- 01.Your physical or electronic signature.
- 02.Identification of the material that was removed and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
- 03.A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- 04.Your full name, address, and telephone number.
- 05.A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which AnimeX may be found.
- 06.A statement that you will accept service of process from the party that submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), AnimeX maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
We define a repeat infringer as any user who:
- Has had two or more valid DMCA notices filed in connection with content they posted or linked to, OR
- Has been found to have willfully circumvented content protection measures, OR
- Has been subject to a court order related to copyright infringement on our platform.
We reserve the right to apply this policy at our sole discretion and to terminate accounts with fewer violations in cases of egregious or willful infringement.
